Description:
The subject of the procurement is the service, maintenance and repair of existing fire alarm and emergency notification systems in properties owned by the customer. The supplier's task is to:- carry out the statutory and manufacturer's instructions for the equipment maintenance - maintain the operational reliability and safety of the systems in accordance with official regulations - make the necessary fault corrections and replace parts - deliver reports on maintenance and repairs to the customer - provide expert support in the use of the systems and in maintenance - to be responsible for possible expansions of current systems. The scope of maintenance and repair includes: - fire alarm systems with their centers, detectors and field devices, as well as the exit lights associated with fire alarm systems and their maintenance - emergency announcement systems with amplifiers, loudspeakers and operating terminals, - associated cabling and connections, - maintenance work covered by the warranty period is not covered by this contract - necessary periodic maintenance. The service must cover both pre-planned maintenance visits and urgent fault repairs within the response times specified in the contract. The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas: Sub-area 1: Fire alarm system maintenance and installation services from brands Toa, Audico and Bosch) Section 2: Maintenance and installation services of emergency notification systems A maximum of three (3) suppliers will be selected for each section, if the third place is shared by those who gave the same price...
