Description:
The acquisition focuses on multilingual social orientation in the employment areas of Central Uusimaa and South Hame. The municipality must arrange social orientation for immigrant clients wherever possible in their mother tongues or otherwise well-known languages, taking into account the immigrant- Customers' municipality has service and linguistic needs (Act on Promoting Integration (681/2023)). The requirements and content of the service are described in more detail in Annex 3 of the invitation to tender. The acquisition is based on the law that entered into force on 1.1.2025Prevent the obligations that are transferred to the municipalities. The following training is the following training:-sub-area 1: multilingual social orientation in Jarvenpaa and hybrid implementation-Subdivision 2: Multilingual Social Orientation in Riihimaki and the Hybrid Service Service is CPV-KoOdin 80400000-8 (Adult Education Services and Other Education Services) Service, which is provided for in Article 107 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) (provisions applicable to the procurement of social and health services and other special services). The total value of the anticipated acquisition of VAT is 1EUR 200 000 in the area of EUR 1 and EUR 500,000 in the area 2. All procurement requirements are set out in the invitation to tender and in its annexes.
