• The City of Rauma's facility services maintains, maintains and constructs directly owned and company-owned buildings of the City of Rauma. With this call for tenders, bids are requested for the design tasks of the spatial services construction projects in this request for bids to the extent shown. The city of Rauma has 350 directly owned buildings with a gross area of ​​250,000 m2. The buildings are mainly schools, kindergartens, offices, sports and health and social services buildings, as well as other public buildings (e.g. lighthouse, barracks, cannons and sites located in world heritage areas). Company-owned buildings belong to real estate companies: Rauman Asunnot Oy, Rauman Oppilaitoskiinteistöt Oy and Kiinteistö Oy Rauman Palveltalot, where the city is the main owner. Cost accounting services Bidding is carried out using an open procedure, on the basis of which no more than five (5) bidders with the lowest comparative price are selected for each sub-area of the framework arrangement. Parts awarded to one bidder the maximum amount is not limited, i.e. the provider can be selected as a service provider in one or more areas.
