Description:
The framework arrangement is divided into two areas (A and B): A) Road and construction planning, preliminary and general planning, procedural studies, etc., and other expert services related to roads; B) Bridge construction and repair planning, inspection of bridge plans, and other bridge-related services expert services; Four (4) framework contract suppliers will be selected for each sub-area A and B of the framework arrangement, unless there are fewer bidders meeting the requirements regarding the suitability of the bidders or acceptable offers. The contract area is Lapland. During the validity period of the framework arrangement, individual in terms of assignments, the financiers can also be the provincial federations, cities and municipalities of the areas of ELY centers. The content of the framework arrangement by sub-region (A and B) is defined in more detail in the tender documents.
