Description:
This is a preliminary notice of the framework arrangement for professional services to be tendered later through an open and possibly, at the discretion of the procuring entity, accelerated procedure.
Kaupunkiliikenne Oy plans to establish a framework arrangement of several service providers to acquire expert services for supportfor the definition, planning, implementation, inspection and reception of changes to the Helsinki Metro's traffic control system. A significant portion of the services is aimed at supporting the implementation of the new train access control system (ATC), which enables the transition to semi-automaticfor single operation and a 120-second operational shift interval. The services under procurement also include supporting other changes to the metro's traffic control system.
Bidding in one or several parts:
The procurement is intended to be divided into parts in such a way that the bidder could submit the bid togetheror to several areas. The procurement unit does not limit the number of areas it may offer, but the same bidder can submit an offer for all areas.
The number of service providers to be selected for the sub-area:
The procurement unit's initial view is that two (2) service providers will be selected for each sub-areataker.
The framework arrangement initially consists of the following areas:
1. Project management services
2. Technical and operational expert service tasks for heavy rail traffic
3. System engineering and Technical Assurance Services
4. Railway radio communication and telecommunications services...
