- The bidding will establish a framework arrangement of several service providers, from which the procurement unit can acquire expert services to support the definition, planning, implementation, inspection and reception of changes to the traffic control system of the Helsinki Metro. A significant share in servicesta aims to support the implementation of the new train access control system (ATC), which enables the transition to semi-automatic operation and a 120-second operational shift interval. The services under procurement also include supporting other changes to the metro's traffic control system.The framework arrangement consists of the following areas: 1. Project management services 2. Heavy rail traffic technical and operational expert service tasks 3. System engineering and Technical Assurance Services 4. Railway radio communication and telecommunications expert services 5. Timeslobby management services 6. Technical management expert services 7. RAM management expert services 8. Safety management expert services 9. Independent safety assessor (ISA) services 10.
