• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the real estate brokerage service for Hitas apartments built by the housing production (Att) of the City of Helsinki's Urban Environment Department (KYMP). The sites are located in different parts of Helsinki and have a different number of apartments for sale. The contract supplier is responsible for selling all the apartments of a certain individual object. A more detailed description of the tasks covered by the framework arrangement is presented in the service description attached to the request for tender (appendix 1). Based on this procurement process the suppliers with whom the contracts for the provision of the aforementioned services (framework agreement) will be concluded are selected. 2-3 service providers are selected as framework contract suppliers. During the contract period, the customer follows the order of priority as follows: the customer places the orders primarily from the service provider ranked first in the order of priority. If the first ranked service provider is unable to provide the service in accordance with the schedule, scope or other conditions described in the framework agreement conditions, the customer can place an order with the next ranked service provider. The estimated value of the procurement during the entire procurement period (including any option periods) excluding VAT is 2,000,000 and the maximum total value of the procurement is 2,000,000 euros.
