• Keva (hereafter "customer" or "procurement entity") is requesting a quote for real estate sales and purchase advisory services (hereafter "service") in accordance with the published procurement notice and this call for tenders and its appendices. The object of the acquisition is sales and providing purchase advisory services to Keva related to real estate investment properties that may be sold or purchased. The procurement is divided into two categories (A-B) and parts (1-54) based on how large the order is in monetary terms and with which pricing model the service is procured (remuneration percentage or hourly pricing).
