Description:
The object of the acquisition is production equipment rental services for Yleisradio Oy (hereinafter "Yle"). The procurement is divided into three areas:
1) Photography equipment
2) Studio and stage lights
3) Screens and projection
The procurement establishes a framework arrangement for which a maximum of three (3) contract partners are selectedper sub-area. The provider can be selected as a service provider for one or more areas. The terms of the framework arrangement are described in the draft agreement.
The maximum value of purchases made with the framework arrangement is €2,500,000 without VAT.
The products and services to be procured aredescribed in more detail in appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement" and in the price-related appendices 2.1, 2.2. and 2.3.
The sub-area includes telescopic camera booms, "cranes", driving tracks and remotely controlled driving equipment and camera heads.
Telescopic crane refers to, for example, Yle's camera systemstea-compatible motorized camera crane with remote-controlled camera head. In addition, the customer can rent professional personnel related to the building and use of the fleet as well as transport services for the fleet.
The sub-area also includes professional-level cameras, optics and their peripherals and accessories.
Lighting equipment and accessories for picture lighting in indoor and outdoor spaces. Peripheral devices cover, for example, products related to suspension, power supply and light editing. In addition, the subscriber can rent light groups and equipment transport services....
