• The object of the procurement is Raasepori and is mainly in these areas.• Tammisaari• Karjaa• Pohja• Mustio• Fiskars• Snappertuna• Bromarv More information about which properties belong to which area can be found in appendix 2. The procurement unit requests offers below of the services defined in sections A-F. Note! The provider is aware that the services (A-C) will be introduced in phases in different properties. The estimated schedule is shown in Appendix 2. The goal is that the services are in use in all mentioned in the properties before the end of the framework agreement, but the properties and the number of properties may also change during the transfer and update of the alarm system to the city's system, e.g. for budgetary reasons. The city of Raasepori installs and renews alarm systems during the contract period and connects them to the city's software. The change to the city's system will be implemented in cooperation with the city's selected providers. The work can be outsourced to a third party. Moving and renewing the alarm system will be implemented between 2026 and 2030.Possibly as a result of this competition, when the security and monitoring services are transferred to a new service provider, all the costs incurred from the transfer of alarms (disconnections, reconnection, programming, testing, making floor maps to the control unit, possible subcontracting services from the telephone company, etc.) should be included in the unit prices of the actual offer.
