Suomenlinna Nursing Board as a contracting unit requests offers for the wall repair work in the Suomenlinna area. Annual work usually consists of several small jobs. The work to be ordered is an hourly nature, but it is also possible to order individual work packages from the framework contract providercontract. Three service providers are selected. However, the contracting entity has the right to reject all offers where service providers do not have to show references for traditional stone construction. The subscriber uses the best of his or her discretion in their discretionsuitable supplier. The hourly rate of the framework agreement must include ferry and travel expenses, hand tools and protective equipment required for work. In the case of a small job, the contracting entity aims to provide a social space for a framework contractor / employee.
