Description:
The City of Tampere Procurement Services is requesting offers on behalf of the City of Tampere for purchasing streaming, video productions and photography. The acquisition is divided into five (5) areas. The tenderer may offer either one or more areas. Bidders can offer during the contract period onlythe services of the parts to which they have been selected in the tendering. The procurement authority reserves the right to enter into contracts that combine the following parts or groups of parts. However, if the tenderer is selected for several areas of procurement, only one is always made with the tendererAn agreement that includes all parts of the acquisition to which the tenderer will be selected.
Sections include: streaming, video production (single-camera production), video production (multi-camera production), photography (communication and marketing images) and drone descriptions (photography and videos). For sub-regions 1-5 are formedOn the basis of the tendering, a framework arrangement, which selects the number of service providers stated in the invitation to tender by subdivision. The duration of the framework arrangement and all components is two years and agreements may be extended during an indefinite option period, but not more than twothe year. The option may not be introduced with all selected service providers. The deployment of the option period is assessed on a service provider.
