Description:
The Technical Center of the City of Raahe requests offers for the framework arrangement of streets and stormwater drainage building design and traffic planning for 2025-2028.
The purpose of the framework arrangement is to act as a flexible procurement procedure in conventional, recurring and low cost in design tasks. The aim of the framework arrangement is to choose service providers who are skilled and capable of their profession and cooperative and fulfilling price and quality.
The framework arrangement is made for the building design of the streets and stormwater drains three consultancy agencies with and with two consulting agencies for traffic planning.
Replacing staff must be agreed with the customer in writing.
Orders of more than € 60,000 are primarily made the service provider first in the order (from the winner of the tender). If this cannot be accepted, the work will be ordered in the order of another. If this cannot be accepted, the work in the third order will be ordered. If Even the third in priority cannot be accepted, the subscriber decides to carry out the acquisition in any other way.
