Description:
The object of the procurement is the maintenance and repair services of vehicles and other equipment of the city of Lappeenranta. This procurement is carried out by sub-area:1. Passenger cars and vans2. Trucks and light trucks3. Large work machines and sweeping machines4. Small ones work machines5. Small machines 6. Repair and installation works of vehicle accessories7. Machine shop services According to the framework arrangement, 3 suppliers / sub-area are selected. The customer places orders directly from the selected supplier in order of priority (the cheapest first). If the capacity of the first company in the priority order or the performance of the bidder is not sufficient, the next cheapest one is used. The number of serviced vehicles may vary each year. The customer does not commit to fixed purchase quantities during the contract period and not to specific services, but services are procured during the contract period as needed. This contract does not cover maintenance and repair work performed by the supplier of the machine in question during the warranty period. The equipment list Appendix 1 is attached to the tender request.
