• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the supply of filters for the mechanical ventilation equipment of the properties to the customers under the conditions specified in this request for tender and its appendices. The procurement includes the standards and special sizes specified in the request for tender bag filters, wide surface filters, HEPA filters, activated carbon filters, cartridge and small machine filters and filter mats, as well as other filters presented in appendix 1 of the request for tenders Energy cost and product cost basket. Subscribers can during the contract period, also order other filters from the supplier's selection from the contract supplier, which is why the bidder selected as the contract supplier is required to have a sufficiently wide range of filters. The products are required to be of high quality in order to achieve appropriate indoor air quality and to calculate the total costs of indoor ventilation. One (1) tenderer who meets the conditions of the request for tender will be selected as the contract supplier based on overall economics. The acquisition has not been divided into parts nor partial offers are accepted. The contract period is tentatively 1 June 2026 - 31 May 2028. The procurement unit reserves the option to extend the contract with two (2) option years, one year at a time. The procurement does not include a quantity purchase obligation. In the tender request and its attachments the quantities shown (weighting factors) are estimates of the number of filters needed during 1 year.
