• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the supply of filters for the mechanical ventilation equipment of the properties to the customers under the conditions specified in this request for tender and its appendices. The procurement includes the standards and special sizes specified in the request for tender bag filters, wide surface filters, activated carbon filters, cartridge and small machine filters and filter mats as well as other filters presented in Appendix 1 of the request for tender Energy cost and product cost basket. During the contract period, subscribers can order from the contracted supplier also other filters belonging to the supplier's selection, which is why the bidder selected as a contracted supplier is required to have a sufficiently wide range of filters. The products are required to be of high quality with suitable indoor air quality to achieve and to calculate the total costs of indoor ventilation. One (1) tenderer who meets the conditions of the request for tenders will be selected as the contract supplier based on the overall economy. The procurement has not been divided into parts and partial bids are not accepted. Contract period is 2 years. The procurement unit reserves the option to extend the contract with two (2) option years, one year at a time. The procurement does not include a quantity purchase obligation. The quantities (weighting factors) presented in the tender request and its attachments are estimates over a period of 1 year about the number of filters needed.
