Description:
We are requesting a quote for the maintenance of properties and buildings under the management of the culture and leisure industry of the City of Helsinki.
The contract period is one (1) year, three (3) option periods, the duration of which is one (1) year. The maximum contract period is therefore four years. It is aboutthe total need for fin works is estimated to be a maximum of 750,000 euros (VAT 0%) annually.
Work sites are located in properties and buildings managed by the culture and leisure industry, mainly in Helsinki, but also in outdoor recreation areas outside the city and in the archipelago.
Tarjouspyyntoe applies to ventilation installation, measurement, adjustment and ventilation works of properties and buildings under the management of the culture and leisure sector. The contractor is responsible for work management and work safety. In orders over EUR 15,000 (VAT 0%), the contractor acts as the main contractor and is also responsible forreporting nighttime data to the tax administration without separate compensation. Either the customer or the contractor is responsible for the procurement of materials and the rental of work equipment (e.g. scaffolding and personal lifts) on a case-by-case basis.
Hourly price means the charge during normal working hours EUR/hour/person,including social, work management, general, insurance, etc. costs and travel expenses. Separate mileage allowances are not paid. Prices are stated without value added tax.
