• Description:
• The object of the procurement is water supply supplies to be procured for the city of Kerava. The procurement is scheduled for the years 2026 - 2030. The contract period is two (2) years long, which the customer can extend with one two (2) year option period at his own by its decision. The contract period is supposed to start in 08/2026 or at the earliest from the moment the contracts are signed. The procurement is divided into eight (8) sub-areas: Sub-area 1: Plastic pipes and pipe parts, well packages Sub-area 2: Electric welding parts Sub-area 3: Water meter stands and accessories Section 4: Connectors Section 5: Water meters Section 6: Threaded saddles, flanged compression joints and flanges Section 7: Covers, valve caps and caps Section 8: Line valves, shut-off valves Available water supply supplies are divided into eight sub-assemblies, each of which has its own tender form and list of quantities attached to the request for tender. In the procurement, a framework arrangement is established, for which no more than three (3) of the most economically advantageous are selected supplier who made the offer. Bidders are prioritized based on the lowest price. If there are fewer than three (3) bidders who have submitted a bid in accordance with the request for bids and who meet the minimum requirements, then the customer has the right to choose only these suppliers. In the offer, the unit price must be given for all products (rows) in the offer form, with the exception of remotely readable water meters in section 5.
