Description:
The object of the procurement is the implementation of wind measurements and the related expert services in the land areas controlled by Metsaehallitus.
On the basis of this competition, a supplier will be selected as the implementer of wind measurement for the Kivijaervi onshore wind power project and a framework of several suppliers will be establishedarrangement.
Regarding the Kivijaervi wind measurement, the object of procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 2 Project description, Kivijaervi. Access to this procurement document is limited. Appendix 2 is requested separately by e-mail from the contact person of the RFP.
Three (3) framework agreements are selected for the framework arrangementimitator, unless there are fewer suitable bidders and acceptable bids. The content of the framework arrangement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Description of the procurement object. The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in more detail in appendix 5 Operating model of the framework arrangement.
