Tampere Ev.lut. The congregation has a total of 16 churches, 3 chapels, numerous parish houses, camp centers and other properties. In addition, the group owns and managing is about 200 residential apartments and 15,000 m2 of commercial and office space. TampereenThe congregation (later the subscriber) requests a bid for the construction service framework arrangement in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The work may be all premises owned by the congregation or rented by the congregation in Tampere, Kangasala and Yloejarvi. Procurement decisionIt is expected to be concluded in August 2025 and the acquisition agreement will enter into force in the fall of 2025. Acquisition will set up a framework arrangement where the contractor selection is either directly selected as a direct contractor (when the expected value of the acquisition is below the defined border) or by reduced tendering(When the border above or always if the customer so wishes). 5 actors/sub-region will be selected for the framework arrangement. In connection with the protected or cultural historical sites, the customer has the right to require special expertise. For demanding facilities, the subscriber reserves the right to obtain services separatelyAlso with a completely separate procedure.
