Description:
Uusimaa's ELY center is requesting bids for the vocational workforce training implemented as a TaesmaeKoulutus joint procurement in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices.
The competition is carried out in accordance with the open bidding procedure.
Based on the competition, a framework arrangement is formed, whichthe duration is one and a half years, during which a maximum of 6,500 student working days (OTP) are obtained. In addition, the option is reserved for two 1-year options, the amount of each of which is 50% of the original purchase, i.e. a maximum of 3,250 otp/year.
TaesmaeKoulutus primary koThe target group is companies, especially small and medium-sized companies. The training model is also suitable for use by the public sector (state, municipalities, municipal associations, welfare areas and parishes).
TaesmaeKoulutu is used when such technological and functional changes take place in the company, thatae the professionalism of the company's personnel no longer corresponds to the changed conditions, but they require the improvement of the personnel's skills. With the help of TaesmaeKoulutus, you can prevent jobs and extend working careers. TaesmaeKoulutu can also be used in conjunction with temporary layoffsyou. The training can be combined with a broader operational development program.
The aim of the training is that the students achieve professional skills suitable for the labor market and needed by the employer, and that after completing the training, they will continue to work for their current employer in an even more professional manner...
