Description:
The city of Kaarina (hereinafter the "Client") is looking for framework contract partners for construction expert services for the contract period 1.1.2024 31.12.2025.
The contract also includes two (2) one (1) year option periods (1 1), if the Client decides to use the options.
The procurement is divided into fourteena (14) to subdivision:
1. Construction of house construction and project management service
2. Structural design and building physical design service
3. LVIAJ design service
4. Electrical design service
5. House construction supervision service
6. Monitoring service for HVAC works
7. Supervision of electrical workslvelu
8. Cost and quantity calculation service
9. Fitness research and sampling service
10. Indoor air quality research service
11. Architect and master planning service
12. Acoustic design service
13. Fire consultancy service
14. Construction health expert service
The tenderer's offer may apply to one (1) tai several sub-areas.
Five (5) bidders with the lowest comparative price will be selected for the framework arrangement by sub-area in order of priority.
