- This request for tender concerns the procurement of expert services for the city of Tampere's master planning. The procurement is designed to meet the needs of various ordering units, such as the Station Planning Unit, the Real Estate, Premises and Housing Policy (KITIA) service group, Strategic Project Development and Environmental Protectionpig's special service needs. The procurement is divided into five sub-areas:
Sub-area 1: Nature studies
Sub-area 2: Surveys and analyzes of the built environment
Sub-area 3: Surveys and evaluations related to the environment and land use
Sub-area 4: Reference plans and yard plans
Part - area 5: General and site plan planning and interaction
A more detailed description of the ordering units and their service needs, as well as the tasks related to the sub-areas, are described in more detail in the request for tender appendix Appendix 2 Service description.
The offer is binding and must be prepared in Finnish.
The object of the procurement is kdescribed in more detail in the tender request appendix (Appendix 2 Service description). For the framework arrangement, three (3) service providers will be selected for the sub-area.
