• Gasgrid Finland Oy is a state-owned company that acts as system responsible natural gas transmission network operator in Finland. The company offers safe, reliable and cost-effective gas transmission and actively develops a customer-oriented transmission platform, service provision and gas market to promote a future carbon-neutral energy system. Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy is a subsidiary of Gasgrid Finland Oy, established in 2022, whose mission is to promote Gasgrid's role as a developer of the hydrogen economy. Above mentioned together will be referred to by the definition ("Procurement unit" or "Gasgrid"). In this procurement, the Procurement Unit is looking for two (2) framework contract suppliers to be responsible for the maintenance, modification and connection contracting of the gas transmission network it manages, and from the construction contracts of entities connected to the network, such as pressure reduction and valve stations. The selected framework contract suppliers will basically act as the main contractor and main executor of the objects to be built. This procurement procedure the resulting contracts are used especially at the beginning of the contract period in the construction of the procurement unit's large 100MW - 500MW pressure reduction stations.
