Description:
We are requesting your offer for IT equipment in order to draw up the framework agreement/agreements in accordance with the technical specifications and other appendices attached to the request for tender.
The object of the acquisition are the teaching-and the workstations, laptops and monitors needed for administrative use, as well as their delivery, as well as the active devices of backbone and unit networks, their delivery and installation. IT deviceseiden and their delivery, a framework arrangement in accordance with Section 42 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016), which has several actors and which broadly covers both Sedu's and SeAMK's IT equipment needs and offers a functioning delivery service concept for both actors.
Sedu and SeAMK have a common Active Directory. Sedu and SeAMK also cooperate with each other in information management, in which case certain ICT functions are common to both.
The competition is conducted as one competition. A framework contract is concluded with the companies that won the tender for the contract period indicated in the request for tender. Procurement units (Seduand SeAMK) draw up their own contracts with the selected suppliers.
