Description:
The subject of this purchase is fresh products, e.g. washed and peeled potatoes, root vegetables, vegetables and fruit delivered in accordance with the TOP Finnterms 2001 condition to the customers' delivery destinations as stated in the request for tender.
The procurement is divided into sub-areas as follows:
Section 1 Washed, peeled and chopped fresh potatoes
Partial bids within sub-areas are not accepted. With regard to sub-areas 1 and 2, the Tenderer must indicate where he can deliver to the delivery areas (see object of procurement criteria). In Appendix 1 of the request for tenders, the list of delivery destinations, fresh products, the delivery destinations of the customers of fresh products and the estimated delivery rhythm can be found in more detail.
In the request for quotation, a price VAT 0% is requested for the products delivered in accordance with the TOP Finnterms 2001 condition to the Customer's delivery destinations. For orders under €75, the provider can indicate a possible small delivery fee. In addition, we ask you to indicate the discount percentage for the products that are not mentioned in the request for offers, per sub-area. The announced quantities of products to be procured are the combined estimates of those involved in the joint procurement About the annual need of the subscribers. Products are ordered during the contract period according to actual need.
The goal of the contract period is to start on February 1, 2026 and last until September 30, 2026. The procurement unit reserves the possibility to extend the contract with three option periods of one year (12 months) (1+1+1). Acquisition...
