Description:
The acquisition is subject to gas tag units available to the police. The equipment to be purchased must be designed and manufactured for the first responders of the rescue, safety or military authorities for field use. Devices are based on FTIR technology, handle (hand Held) analyzersand intended for the identification of substances in the gaseous (GAS) or steamy (vapour). Possible accessories, parts and maintenance will be addressed at the tender phase of the procurement procedure. The Police Board asks candidates to disclose their willingness to participate in tenderingby submitting an application for participation in accordance with the contract notice and this request for participation. The acquisition will be carried out in two steps by tendering. Detailed information eg. Pursuant to Article 24 (1) (5) (5) of the Act on the Openness of the Authority (1999/621, Publicity Act), the technical characteristics of the public authority (1999/621, the Publicity Act) are available (Classification TLIV).This is a request for participation in the procurement (participation phase). On the basis of a subsequent offer phase, one supplier will be selected. The acquisition will be partially funded by the Internal Security Fund (ISF)by funding.
