Description:
The municipality of Lappajaervi acquires fuel oil and fuel for heating, machine and vehicle use for the needs of the municipality of Lappajaervi. Kiinteistoe Oy Lappajaerven Vuokratalot and Lappajaerven Laempoe Oy are also involved in the procurement.
The procurement is divided into two parts:
1. Tank deliveries of liquid fuels
The purchasing unit procures the following fuels as tank deliveries:
- Light fuel oil, summer quality, for heating, approx. 160,000 liters/year
- Diesel, summer quality, approx. 1,000 liters/year
- Diesel, winter quality, approx. 1,000 liters/year
- Gasoline 98E5, approx. 1,000 liters/year
Subarea 1 fuels are deliveredn containers to the delivery destinations specified by the customers in the area of Lappajaervi municipality. The tender prices of sub-area 1 must be presented as fixed net prices (VAT 0%) with criteria more clearly stated in the tender request. The tenderer must also state separately the prices for normal delivery and express deliveryfor ks.
2. Fuel purchases from distribution stations
The procurement unit procures the following fuels from the supplier's distribution stations:
- Motor oil, approx. 1,000 liters/year
- Diesel, summer quality, approx. 6,500 liters/year
- Diesel, winter quality, approx. 1,000 liters/year
- Gasoline 98E5, approx. 1,000 liters/year.
Osa-alueen 2 the offer prices are announced as a discount from the retail prices. The discount must be stated in euros per liter (€/l). The discount must include value added tax (VAT 24%). More detailed criteria can be found in the request for tenders....
