Description:
The object of the procurement (section 1) is fully automated immunostaining equipment sets and reagents and goods required for immunohistochemical staining for the area of responsibility for pathology. The aforementioned entity must include detection methods, signal amplification, antibodies/reagents, bumpers, all plastic goods, coasters, labels, label printers and computers as well as antibodies and probes.
Immunohistochemical stainings play a central role in diagnostic pathology, as they can be used to quickly, accurately and cost-effectively identify tissue abnormalitiesdifferent proteins and thus identify and classify different tumor diseases. Immunohistochemical stainings have a direct impact on treatment decisions and policies concerning the patient. In the immunohistochemical process, the fully automatic device removes the paraffin from the slides and removes the needvat pre-treatments, and enables individual staining conditions to be created for glasses/samples to guarantee an optimal staining result. There are no manual work steps related to the dyeing itself. The drive files related to an individual sample can be viewed afterwards if necessaryfrom the memory of the dyeing machine. Using different techniques and methods simultaneously is also an important feature (in situ hybridization (IHS), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and double stainings).
