- Funeral services for income support clients With this request for tenders, the welfare area of Vantaa and Kerava (hereafter the Client) requests a tender for funeral services and related transportation for income support clients. The service includes Burial and transport of people from Vantaa and Kerava who are entitled to income support in the capital area from Monday to Saturday and a small floral arrangement for the coffin, as well as the service of the income support client at the funeral home for the funeral arrangements for making arrangements and the necessary cooperation with the parish association or similar regarding the burial. If necessary, the welfare area of Vantaa and Kerava orders porter and assistant services from the service provider based on the service provider's proposal. The service begins with the deceased from handover from an institution, hospital, health center or forensic medicine institution and ends with burial. See the service description for more details. The contract period is 1 July 2026-31 December 2028. After the contract period, the contract can be extended for two (2) with the option year one year at a time. The use of the option is notified three (3) months before the end of the contract period or option year. By submitting a bid, the selected service provider undertakes to sign the procurement contract and deliver the service 100% with delivery guarantee. As a result of the competition, one (1) service provider and one (1) backup service provider will be selected, with whom the contract will be signed only in the event that the actual service provider is unable to produce...
