• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is Topaasia, a game discussion platform for use by work communities. The contract period is fixed-term from 17 August 2026 to 16 August 2028. The acquisition includes one (1) option year from 17 August 2028 to 16 August 2029. The gaming platform must fulfill the following requirements: The supplier offers a gamified discussion platform, which can be used to involve the personnel of the Satakunta welfare area's units to discuss their own work, the development of their own work community, and their own or others' workplace development themes (e.g. strategy, change management). The discussion platform will be acquired for the use of all managers and experts in the Satakunta welfare area, i.e. the number of users will be approximately 500 people. All are involved in the discussions on the discussion platform The staff of the Satakunta welfare area, i.e. a total of approximately 10,000 people. Participants must be able to participate in the game themselves flow by selecting issues on the platform and registering the pre-agreed issue for development. The key is that in the platform The subscriber can himself modify and prepare his own contents (e.g. game decks) to carry out discussions. The platform must already have an artificial intelligence option for creating content. The platform must be available both as a computer and mobile application.
