Description:
The acquisition focuses on the renewal of Gasgrid Finland Oy's remote control sub-stations, which includes a complete and ready-to-use system. Substations are used for operational management of the gas transmission network and for the transfer of measurement data. Substations are located on the entire gas transmission networkIn southern Finland and their total amount is about 200. The service package includes equipment solutions, positioning and testing (FAT), programming, installation and testing (SAT), demolition work, and other necessary work in the ready-to-use entity.We will be planning more detailed in the context of the details of the equipment solutions. Planning is provided by the subscriber.
The services subject to procurement include general services related to project management such as:
- Project management and control
- procurement and delivery control
- (required)Planning tasks
- EHS and permit issues including risk assessment
- installation management and control
- Project documentation management services Using the Subscriber System
- Facilities, Tools, Software to provide services
1).The agreement will enter into force from the signature of the contract and will be valid on December 31, 2029, after which it will be possible to continue the agreement for two (2) years of stock options if it requires the renewal of the position. The estimated start date of the agreement is October 2025.
