Description:
Direct acquisitions include gastroenterological accessories for the YTA area (Northern Ostrobothnia welfare area, the welfare area of Lapland, the Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area and the Kainuu Wellbeing Area). The acquisition period begins to become final and ends when new tendering agreementsThe entry into force, however, no later than April 30, 2026.Athem continues contracts for gastroenterological supplies, which ended on 31.5.2025. The agreements have been drawn up between the Northern Ostrobothnia Hospital District and selected suppliers to cover the OYS system. Contracts have movedNorthern Ostrobothnia's welfare area on 1.1.2023. It is based on the fact that the conclusion of the contract is absolutely necessary and that the time limits have not been imposed and due to the extreme urgency of the contracting entity (Section 40 of the Procurement ActParagraph 2 (4)). Acquisition is essential for patient safety and direct procurement is needed to cover the time needed to prepare new tendering. Preparation for tendering has already begun. The estimated total value of the 11 months for the YTA area is about € 1,430,000. The acquisition will continuecontracts for the previous procurement decision on the same terms.
