Description:
The object of procurement is gastroenterology supplies for a three (3) year contract period for the Central Finland welfare region. The actual contract period is automatically extended by a fixed extension period of 12 months, unless the Subscriber notifies otherwise. The extension period can only apply to part of the contract.
Agreementthe total length is a maximum of 48 months.
The products included in the procurement are detailed in an excel attachment (Appendix 1 Tender form). The products are processed by group or line as shown in the excel appendix (Appendix 1 Tender form). For each line/item, 1-3 suppliers are selected for deliveryto guarantee certainty and to take into account the special needs of patients. Products are primarily ordered from the main supplier. The priority order can be deviated from, if it is necessary considering the patient's special treatment needs. If there are several products that are equally well suited, we choose from themthe most affordable. The priority order can also be deviated from due to availability or delivery time reasons. The purpose of the procurement is to have the most appropriate product selection available for the contract period.
Partial offers are allowed.
