Description:
The subject of the procurement are various expert services for the needs of the Maintenance unit and Asset Management unit of the Public areas service of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department. The framework arrangement is divided into three (3) different areas as follows:1. Research, forecasting and evaluation tasks 2. Operational planning and preparation tasks 3. Monitoring, inspection and verification tasks Based on this procurement process, the suppliers with whom contracts for the provision of the aforementioned services will be concluded (framework agreement) are selected. A more detailed description of the tasks is presented in Appendix 1 of the tender (Service description). Assignments are ordered on the basis of a percentage distribution according to overall economic affordability. The estimated value of the procurement during the entire procurement period (including any option periods) excluding VAT is 3,600,000 euros and the maximum amount of the total estimated value of the procurement is 4,500,000 euro.
