Description:
The object of the procurement is the renovation of residential apartment buildings located in Tapanila, Helsinki, as a fixed-price total contract, including all HVAC work in addition to construction technical work. The subject of the renovation is a rental property owned by Helsingin kaupuntin asunnot Oy, located in Helsinki on the city's plots 39313/2 and 39314/1 (Jakalapolku 2 and Jakalatie 15, 00730 Helsinki). The subject of renovation are 7 residential apartment buildings in Tapanila, Tapaninkyla district no. 39, block 39313, plot 2 and 7 residential apartment buildings located in block 39314, plot 1. On the plots some of the buildings are connected to each other by a corridor. The apartments are served by the stair towers on both plots and the elevators built on the side of the stair towers. The estimated start time of the contract is 01.04.2026 and the estimated start time for construction is 04.05.2026. The procurement is not divided into parts, because several the supplier's model would produce an inappropriate set of contracts in terms of schedule management and work coordination. INFORMATION ON THE RENOVATION PROJECT - The site was completed in 1980 - The site has a total of 14 residential apartment buildings. On the plots, some of the buildings are connected to each other by a corridor. The apartments are served by the stair towers on both plots and the elevators built on the side of the stair towers. The buildings have 3-4 floors.- a total of 171 rental apartments (9687 sq.m.)
