- This is a general transparency notification within the meaning of Article 58 (3) of the Procurement Act on the intent of the affiliation unit to sell its services to non -controlled contracting entities. The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area will publish a transparency announcement for all members/owners of the welfare group on behalf of. The Nordlab Welfare Group (2483868-4) is a Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (3221326-2), the Lapland Welfare Area (3221332-6), the Kainuu Wellbeing Area (3221331-8) and the Laboratory Ownership of the Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (3221325-4). Nordlab's mission is to secure Northern Finland's health care activities by ensuring that the welfare areas are used by high-quality, reliable and at the top of the industry's sampling and laboratory services. The welfare group produces clinical for welfare areas and other customers diagnostic services and takes care of research and teaching in the field. In addition, Nordlab is responsible for guidance and control tasks referred to by the Specialized Medical Care Act and the Health Care Act for its own industry. Services for which the General Transparency Notice applies to: Service package 1.
