- The object of the acquisition is a common geospatial platform for the border situation image and a map engine, which aims at a common solution for the visualization and analysis of different geospatial data. The location data platform and map engine will be used in development projects in several different web browsers Functionalassa in the user interface application.
The tender aims to find a ready-made software solution for use by the Border Guard, which is being actively developed, and which can be widely used without a strict organization-specific user limit.
From the obtainable spatial information platform and mapttor is designed to require at least the following functionalities and quality features:
1. Configurable high-resolution 2D and 3D views
- Map functions, elevation, visualization of various data on the map base
- Seamless presentation of base maps, also when scaling the map
- Topwide coverage of the scale of geographic maps globally and regionally
2. Map data management and organization
- Centralized distribution, management, processing and publishing of geospatial data
- Synchronization of geospatial data automatically between data center and usage locations
3. Integrabilityand connectivity
- Support for various data sources (map materials and geospatial data), including shapefiles and NVG
- Extensibility
- Support for standards, the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) WMS, WFS, WMTS standards being the most important
- Controlled use also offline- in mode
