Description:
The Norwegian Railways Agency requests your offer for the execution of the framework contract for soil and subsoil surveys of road and railway projects in accordance with this procurement notice, the request for tenders and its appendices.
The customer creates a framework arrangement for the "Soil and subsoil investigations of highways" tasks.
Framework nodto the east with a minimum of four and a maximum of six suppliers. Places 5 and 6 are included in the framework arrangement, if the difference between the comparison price of those places and the cheapest is less than 25%. The number of contract partners can be less than 4, if there are fewer accepted offers.
The contract period is3 years from the conclusion of the contract. The contract includes an option to extend the contract for a maximum of one (1) year under the conditions mentioned in the contract.EUR throughout the entire contract period, including the option year. The numbers are non-binding estimates.
The tasks included in the framework arrangement and the terms of the framework agreement and assignments are shown in the attached draft of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded by each company selected for the framework arrangementttajan kanssa.
