• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the geotechnical design tasks that are the responsibility of the Helsinki urban environment department. The contract period is planned to start on September 1, 2026 at the earliest and November 1, 2026 at the latest. The exact start date will be confirmed when the contract is signed in connection with. The framework arrangement ends, depending on the start date of the contract period, between 31.8.2028 and 31.10.2028, so that the maximum duration of the framework arrangement with option periods is a total of 4 years. The procured services are divided into two (2) sub-areas as follows: 1. Sub-area 1: Geotechnical regional planning related to land use planning and geotechnical planning related to infrastructure and pre-construction 2. Section 2: Geotechnical design related to building construction In sub-regions, the basis of comparison is overall economic affordability based on the best price-quality ratio as follows: - Price, weight 30% - Quality, weight 70% The procurement items are described in more detail in the request for tenders and its attachments. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK Framework arrangement the total estimated value excluding VAT during the entire contract period (including possible option periods) is EUR 8,400,000 and the maximum value excluding VAT is EUR 12,000,000.
