Description:
The Norwegian Railways Agency requests your offer for the execution of the framework contract for soil and subsoil surveys of road and railway projects in accordance with this procurement notice, the request for tenders and its appendices. The customer creates a framework arrangement for the "Soil and subsoil surveys of highways" tasks. A framework arrangement is concluded with a minimum of four and a maximum of six suppliers. Places 5 and 6 are included in the framework arrangement, if the difference between the comparison price of those places and the cheapest is less than 25%. The number of contractual partners can be less than 4, if there are fewer accepted offers. The contract period is 3 years on concluding a contract. The contract includes an option to extend the contract for a maximum of one (1) year under the conditions mentioned in the contract. In the framework arrangement, the annual value of the commissions based on the framework contracts is estimated to be around 3,000,000 euros per year and around 12,000,000 euros as a whole during the contract period including the option year. The figures are non-binding estimates. The tasks included in the framework arrangement and the terms of the framework agreement and assignments are shown in the attached draft of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is signed by each supplier selected for the framework arrangement with.
