In December 2024, the Central Finland Welfare Area (hereinafter referred to as the welfare area) published a request for information on artificial intelligence based on decision-making systems on the market, Hilma number 2024-151637. The characteristics required of the system were as follows:- Read and analyze Finnish-language home care Customer records of the Patient Information System (Lifecare) used in the Central Finland Welfare Area .- Artificial intelligence is able to find weak signals on customer's well-being changes and predict future deviations.
