• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the glazing works of the properties of the participating customer organizations and the related material deliveries. The works to be procured are located in the Pirkanmaa area and are mainly property maintenance works, such as replacements of broken glasses, as well as separate individual glass orders. The supplier is required to be able to react quickly to repair needs within normal working hours. This covers, among other things, the initial temporary repairs of broken windows (e.g. recording immediately on the day of the order or on the following business day) and the delivery and installation of the actual window glass to the targets in the agreed schedule. The procurement is carried out as a framework arrangement for which two (2) suppliers are selected. The contract period is 15.6.2026-14.6.2027, after which the contract can be extended by the Customer's decision for an option period valid until further notice. The maximum duration of the framework arrangement is four (4) years. The anticipated value of the acquisition without value added tax during the contract period is approximately 1,000,000 EUR including the option period. The maximum VAT-free value of the acquisition during the contract period, including the option period, is approximately EUR 1.5 million.
