• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the goods transport managed by Tuomi Logistiikka Oy in the Kanta-Häme area. Occasional transportation needs outside of Kanta-Häme will be agreed separately with the Supplier. The actual contract period is 24 months, after which the contract continues valid for the time being by a decision made by the customer. One (1) Supplier will be selected as the contract partner. The contract includes three (3) thermally regulated N1/N2 class vehicles. The contract also has the following options: From one to three (1-3) thermally regulated N1/N2 class vehicles. One (1) fully electric van. Goods are delivered as a rule on weekdays between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Occasional goods transports on Saturdays are agreed separately with the Supplier. Transports mainly take place in regular transport areas, in addition to which there are transports made separately to order. Transportation areas and destinations may change during the contract period. The customer is responsible for the routing and scheduling of transportation. Transportation needs the amount may vary daily, but the customer undertakes to order 130-180 h/vehicle billable work time from the service provider in a one-month invoicing period. During Tuomi Logistiika's orders, the vehicles are only for the customer's use, not for the customer's use transporting the goods is then prohibited. The estimated total value of the purchase without VAT is 2,200,000 euros.
