Description:
The procurement includes the construction of a service provider for the construction service provider of the Government Castle in the renovation and expansion project. The Government Castle is located in the center of Helsinki in Kruunuha. The project expanding refers to the new courtyard new building and the associated basement spacesConstruction.
The implementation of the new building to be treated as an extension and the associated basement facilities depends on the outcome of the town planning and construction permit processes and the decision-making of Senate Properties. If the conditions for the construction of the extension are not met, removedextension of the project content and the flagship project agreement.
The acquisition is conditional and will only be implemented if the Senate Properties makes a positive investment and construction decision from the project.
