• Description:
• The subject of the procurement being prepared is the following services: • Forwarding of online invoices to the government • Digitization of paper invoices and expense receipts that arrive at the state • Sales invoices, payment reminders and Forwarding late interest invoices to digital channels (company e-invoice, consumer e-invoice, Suomi.fi messages service and other electronic mailbox services) • Mediation of consumers' e-invoicing-related messages and direct payments (SI, RI and RP message) • Forwarding of paper sales invoice materials from the government to the printing, peeling and distribution service (TKJ service of Suomi.fi messages) • Forwarding of procurement messages (forwarding of procurement messages arriving to and from the state in the Peppol network) • Customer service related to the service (service languages are Finnish and Swedish), service level monitoring and reporting (e.g. daily acknowledgment reports of materials and monthly monitoring reports). In addition, the goal is that if necessary during the contract period, the supplier also offers the following services: • forwarding invoices to a mobile or other channel • Transmission of e-Receipts During the preparation of the procurement, the purpose is to map the possibilities of the payment functionality used for the inclusion of electronic mailboxes as part of the procurement.
