• The procurement is the procurement of goods and services exceeding the national threshold in accordance with the Procurement Act (1397/2016). The procurement unit tenders the company's procurement of graphic and printing services using an open procedure and concludes a framework agreement for the of goods and service procurements. The procurement is divided into parts. There is no limit to the maximum number of sub-areas offered. Partial offers within the sub-area are not allowed.Part 1. Signs This is a multi-supplier framework arrangement without re-tendering, i.e. conditions such as prices, service content and quality requirements, service levels, delivery terms and other contract terms have been confirmed. Framework arrangement implementation method: The procurement unit can enter into a framework agreement with several suppliers. The customer acquires the products he needs directly from the suppliers involved in the arrangement. The bidder with the lowest reference price is the primary framework contract partner. During the contract period, the procurement unit places orders directly from the suppliers selected for the framework arrangement without a mini-competition, because all procurement conditions have been confirmed in advance. The products and services subject to procurement are presented in the request for tenders. The contract period for the service is two (2) years starting on April 1, 2026 and ending without separate termination on March 31, 2028.
