- The procurement unit's goal is to acquire two responsible partners as partners for landscaping services for the yards of residential and service properties owned by VAV located in Vantaa.set offers. Our own suppliers are selected for both service areas. The procurement is described in more detail in the document "Service description" attached to the procurement notice. Bidders undertake to deliver the service at the prices indicated on the bid form. The Customer requires the Providers to familiarize themselves with hcarefully to all annexes of the procurement notice and contract terms.
Green care services include, among others
• lawn mowing
• weed control
• control of troublesome alien species
• bush cutting
• other garden plant and tree maintenance work
The prerequisites for achieving the goals have been explained tmore commonly on the ESPD form of the request for tenders, in the criteria section of the procurement object and in the attachments of the procurement notice. The procurement decision is based on the lowest price. The contract does not include a quantity purchase obligation. The customer is not bound by the estimates of procurement quantities presented in the annexes to the procurement notice. TaThe contractor must give a bid for all the works on the bid form.
