41 Direct procurement in additional orders
The contracting entity may make a direct procurement when the goods to be made with the original supplier is an additional subscription to an earlier delivery orPartial replacement or extension of the equipment. It is a prerequisite for changing the supplier to the acquisition of different technical properties, causing incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties in use and maintenance. Such contractsand the duration of the contracts to be renewed may exceptionally exceed three years.
