- Tuomi Logistiikka Oy tends to compete for care, logistics, resuscitation, anesthesia, ward and sampling in the Inland Finland co-operation area; The well-being areas of Southern Ostrobothnia, Kanta-Hame and Pirkanmaa; and Sydankeskus Oy and Fimlab Laboratories Oy.
The length of the contract period is two (2) years. The agreement may be extended after the actual contract period for an indefinite stock option.
The contract, which is indefinitely, will also be tendered about four to five years after the actual contract period begins. The estimated date of commencement of the agreement is September 2025.
The target of the acquisition is divided into eight areas:

1-3 economically economically selected as a contract partner for each sub-area The most affordable provider. The best value for money is the basis for overall economic advantage.
It is possible for the tenderer to make an offer in one or more areas.
The estimated total value of the acquisition is calculated for four (4) years, which is estimated to be distributed as follows:
Southern Ostrobothnia Wellbeing area 10 %, Kanta-Hame wellness area 70 %, Pirkanmaa welfare area 20 %. Estimates of the amount of the contract period do not bind the subscriber.
